I often run with a friend who looks pretty much the same at the end of our session as she did at the beginning; hair bone dry and still in place and barely a soft flush to her cheeks. I’ve always accepted that this is just me and got on with it.
But then; MENOPAUSE.
My temp regulation seemed to veer totally out of control and I was JUST SO HOT. Since then I’ve been on the lookout for ways to cool down when I’m exercising and I think I’ve come up with the very best of solutions. What I’m going to show you in the following video are my 3 fave ways to fend off that heat!
